Fitness Instructor

I come from liverpool UK where i was a mobile Personal Trainer/Gym Instructor.

The best part of my job is knowing that everyday spent is helping others become the person they want to be.

Having lived in Dubai beforehand as a nanny, it was here i found my true and inner passion for fitness alongside working with children. In the time I was back in the Uk I completed Level 3 Elite Personal training course also completing an additional course;pre/post natal adaptation to
exercise as i found myself very eager to develop knowledge on this specialised area.

As i keep my own training fun and constantly mixing it up I believe that it is only fair to deliver the same effective sessions to clients. I ensure they are always planned and designed to meet individual clients needs/goals.
