I hail from the UK but have been in Dubai for quite a while now.  I have always worked in the sports and leisure industry mainly in corporate roles.  At the birth of my son Dylan, I wanted to work in a hands on capacity, in a role that would leave me time to look after him.  I really believe that mums and pregnant ladies ought to be exercising and Urban Energy was a perfect fit for me !

I am a keen runner and have run many half and full Marathons.  I have also run the famous Comrades Marathon in South Africa, one of my proudest achievements.
