Muay Thai originates from Thailand and is also known as ‘The Science of Eight Limbs’ as the hands, feet, elbows and knees are all used extensively in this art. In a group you will learn to use these Eight Limbs in various moves like Punching, Hooks, Uppercuts, Cross Elbows, Knees, Roundhouse and Front Kicks. Thai Kickboxing is great for fitness as well as self defence! It sculpts and contours muscles differently from regular fitness routines. We guarantee you will get to optimal fitness levels FAST.
