Congratulations, you’re a new mum! Passed the initial shock of bringing your bundle of joy back home, you are slowly waking up to realise that your body needs a bit of a boost. Whilst we won’t let you succumb to the pressure of getting back into pre-pregnancy clothes soon after birth, our Urban Storkfit programme will help you work on regaining strength, muscle tone and energy and eventually your old shape.

Each class will include some low intensity cardio like power walking or gentle running along with exercises to strengthen and tone particular muscle groups. Each exercise has been designed to take into account your pregnancy and birth history and will ease you back into fitness, in a fun and interactive manner.

It’s a great way to meet other new mums, share advice, stories and fitness success.  Urban Storkfit is denominated Urban Postnatal in our schedule and combined with Urban Prenatal.
