Urban Running is our group running programme, dedicated to complete beginners or those who need to get back to basics. Our goal is to help you to comfortably run a minimum of 5km. On your first session of Urban Running, we will assess everyone’s current level. We will aim to build your endurance and your speed through a series of various exercises. Everything will be worked on, from your gait, to your form or your breathing. You will, literally, learn to run, along with people of similar ability.
