| URBAN RUNNING
Urban Running is our group running programme, dedicated to complete beginners or those who need to get back to basics. Our goal is to help you to comfortably run a minimum of 5km. On your first session of Urban Running, we will assess everyone’s current level. We will aim to build your endurance and your speed through a series of various exercises. Everything will be worked on, from your gait, to your form or your breathing. You will, literally, learn to run, along with people of similar ability. |
