We’re baby friendly !
Following customer feedback, we have decided to keep our Prenatal and Postnatal (Storkfit) classes together ! You’ve told us it’s nice to exchange information so we’re happy to oblige !
Our prenatal and postnatal classes are kids friendly. You can bring your baby or toddler as long as you can make sure that their presence will not disturb other participants. Usually, everyone is pretty understanding and the kids are well behaved ! If you bring a baby, make sure to bring a blanket and some toys.
If you need to interrupt your workout to tend to your baby, change a nappy, feed or soothe, you can do so without any pressure.
Or why not try our Baby Buggy Bootcamp. Bring your buggy/pram and powerwalk or run around the park with fitness exercises to keep your whole body in shape. Suitable for post-natal and more advanced members.
