Urban Energy is proudly associated with the 4th Annual Dubai Women’s run to be held on the 8th November 2013.  The Dubai Women’s run is the only running event dedicated to women, with a choice of a 5km an a 10km route. This run is being organised by the UAE federation of Athletics.

Urban Energy provides running training for beginners as well as intermediate runners and will get you to run your first race, regardless of your level of fitness or experience.

Urban Energy will have a limited number of free entries into the race reserved for existing clients (classes and personal training clients).  Please contact your instructor for information.

Hercules Trophy is a super-charged inter-company sporting team day, which builds camaraderie, embraces networking and promotes company loyalty. The third edition of Hercules Trophy UAE will be organized in Dubai Festival City on Friday March 22nd 2013. It’s a unique mix of fun, networking, sport and camaraderie. No athletic skills required! Everyone at the office can join the event. It’s also a fun day out for the family of the participants. Children can join the Hercules Kids Track and win extra points for the participating teams. The little ones will have a ball at the Hercules Kids Area. The CEO’s can join the CEO pétanque tournament in the afternoon.
