Stef Philippou FITNESS INSTRUCTOR
When asked where I come from, I usually answer by saying 'good question!'. I then go on to explain that I am half Greek Cypriot and half English, was born in Zambia and grew up in Zimbabwe!
Sport and fitness was always something that I enjoyed whilst growing up in Africa. An ideal climate for the outdoors enabled me to participate in sports such as cricket, swimming, tennis, athletics at school. My main passion, however, is running. Specifically long distance running. With six marathons completed to date, and still counting, I am lining up my first ultra-marathon.
This love for sport, health, fitness and wellness has enabled me to study the human body intensively and how to have a healthy body-mind. I believe in a holistic approach to reaching your goals with an integration of lifestyle factors such as exercise, nutrition, sleep, hydration.
Having been in the health and fitness industry for ten years I have a vast experience in coaching all types of people from diverse backgrounds with different goals and aims. If you are serious about getting fit, healthy and feeling great and want to achieve your goals then come and join me!
